The Refit & Services department is responsible for carrying out service, conversion and maintenance projects on the extensive Feadship fleet. The team is involved in relationship management and aftermarket support processes with the aim satisfying the clients’ needs and deliver the very best Feadship experience in maintaining, repairing and rebuilding their superyacht. By being extremely extremely agile and flexible in supporting the owners, captains, crew and other representatives while representing the iconic heritage of Feadship, we operated in a high demanding and fast paced environment.

Marketing Communications Coordinator

What are you going to do?

As Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will make sure that marketing and communication projects are successfully planned and executed. Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, producing promotional materials, organizing events and analysing data. Your goal is strengthening the Feadship brand in the yacht refit and services sector. Additionally you will be involved in setting up and implementing internal and external communication strategies.

Your tasks will include:

· Organizing high-end events for our clients (owners, management teams and crew) in The Netherlands or abroad

· Coordinating and providing support for business development and research projects to understand our clients' needs

· Developing marketing materials such as leaflets and brochures

· Further developing our online customer platform

· Benchmarking our competitors

· Creating content for social media

· Making presentations

· Organizing campaigns with the Feadship shipyards

· Collaborating with the Feadship Marketing team

For this role, we expect you to be:

• Experienced in event organization and project management.
• Strong in communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Creative and dare to think out of the box.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Familiar with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software.
• Able to present yourself and the organization effectively.

You have the flexibility to work from the office at Hoofddorp (NL) and on occasional basis from the Feadship shipyards in Aalsmeer, Amsterdam, Kaag and Makkum. For several of our events you might be asked to travel abroad.

• Salary according to the Metalektro collective labour agreement.
• 40 days off per year for a full-time position.
